What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) through Shopify Payments. We also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for faster checkout.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Since our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color variations due to monitor settings. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly replace any item that arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or with a printing error. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
How long does shipping take?
All items are printed in and shipped from one of several locations within the United States. We use USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL depending on the size of your order and which service is offering the fastest and lowest rate at the time of your order. On average, most orders should arrive within 10-14 days (this estimated timeframe includes custom production + shipping combined). You will also receive notification and tracking information via email when your order has shipped.
Please note, we custom make everything we sell. Production time is typically 3-5 business days, during which your order will be printed, quality checked, and packed. Once this process is done, your order will then ship out.
Please Note: During holiday seasons, production time estimates may increase by an additional 1 to 3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not currently ship internationally but do intend to in the future, once the shipping world becomes a bit more stable. Please check back!
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this number to track your package's progress. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
What if only part of my order arrives?
Sometimes items in multi-product orders ship separately from different fulfillment centers. If you've only received part of your order, please check your email for additional tracking numbers. If you haven't received all items within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We're sorry if your order arrives damaged or defective! Please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once we review your request, we'll send you a replacement at no charge. We may ask you to return the original item depending on the situation.
Do you offer custom designs or personalization?
At this time, we do not offer custom designs or personalization services but are intending to do so in the future, once we're a bit more comfortable in the saddle. Please check back!
Where do I find sizing guidelines and care instructions?
Sizing charts are available on each product page to help you choose the right fit. For care instructions, we recommend washing printed items inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or hanging to dry. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the printed design to maintain quality.
